It gets confusing trying to keep up with domestics, imports and remixes.
Here is the path: Tell Me was released on Play House Records PHR-419 / PHR-619
It was licensed to Kool Kat records KOOL T7 with some of the same versions as the Play House release (I’m not exactly which ones are the same since I don’t have PHR-419 in front of me right now.)
Kool Kat included a new instrumental remix of it (which in my humble opinion is the only decent version of the song).
Then Play House Records took that remix and released a US single of it with just that one song on a one-sided clear vinyl record.

In the late 80s, Atlantic Records released this double A side single as part of their ‘Oldies’ series. I’m not sure that songs that are 3 and 6 years old are oldies – but they are now, and they were both classics already then. Although I recall that Gino Soccio was more of a club hit and Nu Shooz was a huge pop hit which makes it a slightly strange pairing.
